Begonia 'Rocheart'

This is a mini version of the Begonia 'Merry Christmas' minus all the red tones.

The white spots seemed to be more evident and very likely have similar appearance of Begonia 'Hurricane'

I understand that there are a huge range of cultivars and hybrids.
