Garden Update - Shaded Plants

These are my long standing collection of plants that lasted with me for years.
Of course not counting begonias and episcias which are super fussy and may die on me at anytime.

Apart from these, here are the collection of Marantaceae species, a ginger family that does so well in my garden. Also Schismatoglottis calyptrata which proved an excellent foliage plant to grow in these conditions.

As you can see the array of plants that manage so well in this set-up.
Mostly begonias and foliage plants to give that leaf texture and colors.

I would consider these as work in progress, I believe I'm slowly getting the hang of it.
Focusing on what works best and letting go the plants that struggles and unable to cope in this conditions seemed to be the best decision I had made so far in my experience here.

I had placed my focus point on placing all my begonias in this spot.
This really helps me put them on stage so to say and so other plants can take precedence it their growth factor.

I'm planning to introduce Anthurium species which may prove promising in comparison with begonias and episcias. See how it goes.

Also Dumbcane species and Sygoniums seemed do so well together in this set-up.
Again as I mentioned. most of it is more on trial basis - a work in progress - observing and working on the best interest on what works best in these condition.
