The Coloured Foliages

It took awhile to decide what to keep and throw
and finally the decision made and this is the result.
I had kept all the different of types of dumbcane in a pot and they are doing very well here.

The Watermelon Begonia too decided to do well in this area and became quite dominant.
They are planted together with Aglaonema.

A single pot where all the varieties of dumbcanes put together.
Somehow - this species does so well compared to so many trials and error
I had planted many plants and none did well.

The Cascading Effect

It's just not so noticeable.

I know - no matter how much I try - the camera effect don't seemed to capture the beauty that I want to portray here.

You know what they say - Beauty beholds on Eye of the Beholds..
I guess its the same on my case.

I like small stuff, especially the fine, minute pieces of leaves...

How shall I describe this - Majoring on the details?

I think that is the beauty in this - that's how I see it.

Baby tears (Pilea Depressa)

 The colours are another thing,

The vines red - the leaves silver?

How can I begin to describe this?

The best part - they came small.

Indeed, that;s the cascading effect.

You don't see it in the small details - when they make up for the volume:

The unifying factor of mass and volume create the sea of cascading beauty in another song of art.

That is a song waves that sways with the wind of times..

Again, a beauty that I see it - interesting.

Arranging them that they don't die at the top..

And the pieces dangling, almost surviving is one of the challenges faced.

Regardless - there is an art, a living beauty..

The joy to see that they survive still for one more day.

I had totally lost for words for their species names.

I guess - keeping track of their identity is quite a feat.

Basically - its of a Tradescantia species, some are succulents.

Creeping Charlie which often mistaken for mint.

and Turtle Vine plant which does do well by the drainside.

I love another thing about colours.
They come with spots, stripes and shades.
Again - there is so many things to speak about them only to find that I'm repeating myself over and over again. Truly - those who enjoy them will understand what I mean.
When colours and everything put together - they are indeed a riot to behold.

Perhaps you see things differently than I do.
It's not making a fashion statement - rather living beings staying in harmony together.

The Messy Garden - The 5th Series

If you had followed through my constant experiments of my Messy Garden Series, you would totally understand my predicament of this constant never ending change that take place in this section of my garden going wild & messy.

Well, I guess these things happen. One of the hangers of this flower pot had snapped and the plant left dangling. Apart from the rest of the plants spraying itself forth here and there. This time I totally lost the idea that they will ever do well for the next coming 3 months.

Hope this last till Christmas as I really need to concentrate on other areas as they need attention.
Will keep posted on the updates.

And so this what happened:

I had removed the Joyweed and installed only the Spider plants together attached with it Trailing Water Melon Begonias as the front-liners.

The bottom:
Costus were once they were in pots now were nicely tucked within the brick space and they are growing taller and the flowers more richer compared to the previous installations.
