Begonia 'Passing Storm'

INTRODUCTION:

Begonia Passing Storm have very strong similarities with Begonia Martin Mystery. The characteristics which notes the growth conditions and the hanging basket plant growing behaviour are very much equivalent that you might say that are like sister plants.

This particular rhizome begonia was introduced by Logee’s Greenhouses known as Begonia Harmony’s ‘Passing Storm’ (Begonia rhizomatous hybrid) Year 1991. The foliage does have the tendency to change coloration from pink tones with the corrugated burgundy silverish tones as they age. It is a bit challenging to describe the foliage characteristics - best view the begonia for better visual description.

Also it has a strong burgundy under leaf side that give much stronger coloration effect.
