I must to tell you that I had a huge clump that lavishly grew and conquered the grassland.
Well, more or less filled all the gaps in between the pebbles and stones that nothing can obviously kill this one.
I was wrong.
Eventually something happened and the whole clump started to rot and I'm loosing them portion by portion. Eventually I had managed to safe but one leaf and started the colony on a snail pace speed.
The danger, I might loose this one.
Somehow, I realized that this one is not a sensitive one and given time and attention.
It can pick up it's pace and grow in no time.
As for now, I would consider this one a keeper.
I also found that this one goes together with many names
It is known as Begonia 'Otto Forster' & Begonia imperialis.Nothing much is written about the difference and I most of the plant vendors seemed to place their plant ID names for the commercial purpose.
As for now, I'm more interested in keeping the plant alive and thriving and hopefully in due time.
Get all their ID cleared and identified without creating more mess.
Here is the link where I had put together a list of all the begonias that I had come across. A database of all the different types & their characteristics. Please click on the link on the title above for the post.
