Alocasia Bambino

CHARACTERISTICS:

This particular Alocasia commonly known as Alocasia Bambino, Alocasia Bambino Arrow which falls in the Jewel Alocasia category.

It has a slender and long foliage structure and I find that the plant circular growth structure which makes the plant to have many leaves in a singular plant. However this does not grow a big plant and stays in a dwarf version - often mistaken for "polly" by most plant vendors.

Also for commercial sales factor - this plant is often said that it is an easy hardy plant but it's not. It is so susceptible for root rot and easily get spidermite  & mealy bug infestation and therefore continuous watchful care is required in application of pesticide & fungicide to deter these attacks.
